Bolton Acquires Madel
We’ve reached an agreement to acquire Madel, an Italian family business and leader in Home Care products with a low environmental impact.
Becoming a leading green player
Madel has been manufacturing and selling a wide range of Home and Personal Care products on the Italian market for over 40 years. It is also a leader in environmental sustainability thanks to its flagship Home Care brand Winni’s. The acquisition will be completed following approval by the relevant anti-trust authorities and will allow us to significantly strengthen our position and become the leading green player in the Home Care market in Italy.

This acquisition reinforces our sustainability-driven growth strategy. Not only will we gain important know-how in the research and development of green products, the acquisition will also strengthen our production capacity. At the same time, we will continue to support the Winni’s, Pulirapid, Disinfekto, and Smacchiotutto brands, ensuring solid growth within their target markets.
