The Heart of it All: A Leadership Gathering in Greece

The first of our celebrations took place in Costa Navarino, Greece — the birthplace of our founder Joseph Nissim, and a symbolic location for this landmark moment. Nearly 300 leaders from across the globe gathered to celebrate Bolton’s rich heritage and shared vision for the future.

Over the course of the event, we reflected on our 75-year journey, taking time to connect, exchange ideas, and strengthen the bonds that unite us. Our Chairwoman, Marina Nissim, along with our Group CEO, Board and Leadership Team, led sessions that showcased the remarkable results we have achieved and the strategic path we are forging for the future.

With a spirit of openness, curiosity, and joy, Boltonians came together to “listen to the future with the strength of our past.” This defining moment reminded us of the power of community — one of our greatest strengths as a global organisation.
