We are glad to announce the appointment of Roberto Leopardi as Bolton’s new Chief Executive Officer and General Manager.

Roberto Leopardi, with an impressive three-decade journey in the FMCG sector, spanning Food, Household, Personal Care, and Beauty, brings a wealth of expertise to his new role at Bolton. His extensive experience, cultivated across continents and in renowned companies such as Nestlé, Campbell Group, and SC Johnson, showcases his solid strategic vision and exemplary leadership.

Having been an integral part of Bolton since 2019, Roberto has played a pivotal role in steering the Home & Personal Care Business Unit to success. In 2023, he further elevated his contributions by assuming the role of CEO of the Beauty Business Unit and taking on the additional responsibility of Group Media Director.
